Return Policies...
We gladly offer a 3-day approval period on all straps, which begins when the item is received by you. Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed! All purchases may be returned for a full refund, less shipping and insurance charges, for any reason. If you wish to return an item, please notify us first, package it safely, insure for its full value and it must be returned in the same condition as when originally shipped to you.
Custom "made to order" straps per your design are not returnable.
Shipping Policies...
FedEx...is my preferred method of shipping, but I can ship via the carrier of your choice. All shipping and insurance charges are to be paid by the purchaser. The cost for shipping per strap via FedEx in the U.S.A. is determined by your Zip code and weight of the package.
I do ship/sell world wide, using FedEx International. I take care of all International paper work, also...feel free to ask for International shipping rates....
